The Shroud of Turin, traditionally believed to be the linen cloth which wrapped the body of Jesus in the tomb, is the most investigated artefact in human history, examination of the shroud using the latest technology continues. Photogrammetric restitution has revealed previously unknown phenomena which opens up new horizons for science. The geometrical data was obtained by enlarging very small sections of photographic negatives using high resolution scanning. Restitution geometry determines shape, size and position of an object in space. The shroud images showed flawless contours produced by radiation ‘while the body adopted different positions indicating it was moving‘.
The phenomenon of the Shroud is similar to stroboscopic photography which captures a rapid series of images of a moving object on a single frame, using a flash that emits multiple quick bursts of light. Multiple images superimposed on the Shroud during the short bursts of energy transmission create a blurring effect, due to movement of the body.
The marks on the shroud correlate with the traditional account of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Crucifixion cuts the radial nerve (the major nerve running through the arm to the wrist and the palm) causing the thumb to flex inwards to the palm. A series of Restitution images show movement of the thumb from the palm to between the fingers.
The worlds leading quantum scientists are today researching the possibility that the image on the Shroud of Turin was created by a unique ‘Event Horizon’, emanation of radiation of such magnitude that it stopped time, resulting in the Resurrection.
2017: Particle Physicist Explains Event Horizon at Resurrection:
In 2004, Dame Isabel Piczek became fascinated by the total absence of distortion of the Shroud image, suggesting that the image of Jesus was projected as a quantum hologram onto the cloth as His body underwent the process of Resurrection. Piczek was baffled
- The radiation is emitted in two opposite directions
- The radiation emanates from the body only
- The projective pattern of the emission of energy remains motionless whilst the body and the objects move.
“The Body is hovering between the upper and the lower sheet and there is no trace of gravity. This is described as ‘an event horizon’. The lack of gravity is also further proven by the Shroud linen. The linen does not fall on top of the Body but remains in its unnaturally stretched condition at some distance from the body. “You can read the science of the Shroud, such as total lack of gravity, lack of entropy (without gravitational collapse), no time, no space—it conforms to no known law of physics.”
TO FATHOM OR EVEN SCIENTIFICALLY EXPLAIN
‘NO TIME’, ‘NO SPACE’, NO GRAVITY’ IS AN IMPOSSIBILITY.
The complicated physics behind the image on the Shroud is explained by quantum physics: “According to the nature of event horizons the dead body must have left its image on the two surfaces of the event horizons. At the time of the explosion (when time stopped), these images were ejected onto both sides of the Shroud, with the body hovering parallel to the event horizons. This explains why the image shows a dead man, not the risen body and also explains why the image is negative (went from a positive body image to the negative image like a camera film negative). This indicates how the image got onto the cloth.” “As quantum time collapses to absolute zero (time stopped moving) in the tomb of Christ, the two event horizons (one stopping events from above and the other stopping the events from below at the moment of the zero time collapse) going through the body, get infinitely close to each other and eliminate each other.
Paolo Di Lazzaroa lead scientist working at The National Agency for New Technologies tried for five years to replicate the image and said that vacuum ultraviolet radiation (VUV, wavelength 200-100 nanometers) from laser pulses lasting less than 50 nanoseconds produced the best effect.) He concluded that the image was produced by ultraviolet light but that the ultraviolet light necessary to reproduce the image “exceeds the maximum power released by all ultraviolet light sources available today.” The time for such a burst “would be shorter than one forty-billionth of a second, and the intensity of the ultra violet light would have to be around several billion watts.” These findings support the idea that the image on the Shroud was made by a sudden flash of high-energy radiation, they also refute the possibility of forgery, since lasers were obviously not available in medieval times.
Several Physicists, including Dr. John Jackson of the Colorado Shroud Center, suggest that a form of columnated radiation is the best explanation for how the image was formed, leaving a scorch-like appearance (the scorch caused by light versus heat, as the image does not fluoresce). Dr. Thomas Phillips (nuclear physicist at Duke University and formerly with the High Energy Labs at Harvard) says that a potential milliburst of radiation (a neutron flux) could be consistent with the moment of resurrection. Such a milliburst might cause the purely surface phenomenon of the scorch-like (scorch-by-light) images, and possibly add Carbon-14 to the Cloth.
As Dr. Phillips points out: “We never had a resurrection to study” and more testing should be done to ascertain whether a neutron-flux occurred.
